Collective exhibition
of the 2026 ellipse prize’s finalists

The endowment fund is organizing an exhibition bringing together the finalists of the 2026 edition, dedicated to the emerging Moroccan art scene.

A collective exhibition in the heart of Marrakech

Once again this year, the finalists present their work through a collective exhibition hosted within a hybrid space located in the heart of the Medina.

Presented at DaDa Marrakech, the exhibition runs from May 15 to July 16, 2026 and brings together the works of six artists selected from 61 applications by an independent jury composed of Moroccan and international contemporary art professionals.

The finalists of the 2026 ellipse prize are: Mohamed Ahnach, Sarah Hasbi, Mohamed Radi, Safae El Kadi, El Hadi Fekrouni and Sabrine Lahrach.

6 artists revealing
the plurality of the Moroccan scene

Through a wide range of practices and mediums, the finalists of the 2026 ellipse prize reflect the richness and diversity of the emerging contemporary Moroccan art scene.

Between intimate memory, material transformation, perception, solitude and spirituality, each artist develops a singular visual language in which reality gradually becomes unsettled. The works presented give rise to suspended spaces oscillating between appearance and disappearance, familiarity and strangeness.

By bringing together these different artistic approaches within a single exhibition, ellipse art projects seeks to highlight a generation of artists whose practices question contemporary forms of otherness while opening new sensitive territories for reflection and experimentation.
