By exploring the materiality of leather, which he diverts from its traditional utilitarian function, he elevates this material into a sensitive artistic medium. Leather becomes a living body carrying memory, fragility and transformation.

Through gestures of cutting, layering and stratification, the artist gradually reveals its inner anatomy, bringing forth organic surfaces where textures, scars and tensions intertwine.

Revealing time through the leather

Built through accumulation, his works generate a new visual language from a familiar material.

Between artisanal tradition and contemporary experimentation, Mohamed Radi questions the memory embedded within materials and the invisible traces they preserve, transforming each fragment into a sensitive cartography of the effects of time.
