At the age of 16, Parmenas Awudza turned to photography and took several training courses to perfect his skills. His artistic practice is a real testimony to his country that he roams to capture ephemeral coincidences.

What seems to be daily banality is rather an opportunity for Parmenas Awudza to capture a moment he considers striking, transforming the trivial into meaningful.

Beauty out of the ordinary

Interested by everything around, the artist submits stories that everyone can own, beyond the close and affective bond he shares with his subject.

In this way, Parmenas expresses his own vision of the world thanks to contrasting colors and a quirky framing sublimating the fate of daily life into striking poetic moments.
